Meetings

With 7 different spaces and varied range of sizes, able to accommodate from 8 up to 420 people, Kings Place offers great flexibility to our clients.

Hall One is the largest of our spaces, with 420 seats this room is mainly used for conferences, AGMs, award ceremonies and for events which require to be HD filmed or live streamed onto the net.

Hall Two is the second largest room, it accommodates 200 people on theatre style layout. Large meetings and conferences are mainly hosted in this fantastic space which has been equipped with latest technology for AV presentations.

Battlebridge room is suitable for meetings for up to 100 people. A great feature in this room is its generous amount of natural day light and partition wall. The movable partition wall creates an area for the formal meeting and an informal area, with its own beautifully design built in bar, which can be used for catering or exhibition stands. 

St Pancras room it is also ideal for meetings up to 100 people. This room also offers built in AV equipment and access to a striking foyer area which is mainly used for registration and refreshments.

Smaller meetings are often held in the Limehouse and Wenlock rooms. These two different rooms are great for 30 people presentations or boardroom meetings for up to 24 delegates. The two rooms are conveniently located next to each other so in many occasions clients use one room for the meeting and the other for refreshments or breakout area.

The Horsfall room is the smallest of all our rooms. Its intimate size, up to 12 people on boardroom style, means that you can have access to a small breakout room or meeting room for small number of guests
