About Pangolin

Pangolin London is affiliated with Europe's leading sculpture foundry, Pangolin Editions. Casting sculptures for an international clientele to any scale, Pangolin Editions is one of the last foundries still practising the traditional skills of lost wax block investment alongside the latest casting technologies. The foundry prides itself on fine craftsmanship and each bronze is hand crafted using time-honoured skills to produce a superb finish, faithful to the sculptor's original. www.pangolin-editions.com

Following the traditional affiliation between foundry and gallery, Gallery Pangolin shows a range of bronzes on the premises of Pangolin Editions. It regularly organises group and themed shows, curates exhibitions and co-ordinates commissions. www.gallery-pangolin.com.

The Ruwenzori Sculpture Foundation has been established as a charitable trust by Pangolin Editions and Parabola Land Ltd. Raising money partly through the donation of works of art for auction, the foundation is building an arts centre in Uganda. This will be used primarily by African sculptors many of whom will have participated in exchange programmes. www.ruwenzorisculpture.com

The Extinct Species project was originally conceived by Claude Koenig and Rungwe Kingdon of Pangolin Editions together with Dr Carl Jones of the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust and director of the Mauritian Wildlife Foundation's fauna conservation programme for many years. The project hopes to draw attention to the tragedy of extinction and also to inspire a deeper understanding of the vital need for conservation.  www.extinct-species.com
