This is a concert of dramatic, surprising and sometimes bizarre music exploring extremes of density and delicacy. The concert celebrates a twenty-year performance history between Richard Barrett and ELISION and includes works by James Dillon, Roger Redgate and Aaron Cassidy. Virtuoso musicians Graeme Jennings (violin), Richard Haynes (clarinets), Peter Veale (oboe), and Séverine Ballon (‘cello) present unique performance practices at the cutting edge.
