Graham Fitkin's Multiplier Series continues with another mix of homogenous ensembles based on single timbres. This time central to the programme is a rarely heard Steve Reich tape piece. Around this, star percussionist Joby Burgess shakes maracas with extraordinary elegance, the Fell Clarinet Quartet show their virtuosity with both Fitkin and Ed McGuire, whilst Joanna Bailie's specially formed ensemble works lofi and hifi wonders with CD players and radios. There will be rhythm, melody and plenty of white noise. Enjoy.
