London A Cappella Festival 2012
Curated by the Swingle Singers & Ikon Arts Management, the London A Cappella Festival 2012 will showcase some of the best of choral, jazz, contemporary and beatbox ensembles, with music ranging from choral opulence to British Barbershop and soulful jazz to ground-shaking beatbox.
Headline acts include a cappella rock sensation FORK, cool Canadian rat pack Cadence, all-female beatbox vocal group The Boxettes as well as festival hosts the Swingle Singers, not to mention performances by the Vasari Singers, Cottontown Chorus and the London Vocal Project.
Following overwhelming demand the Festival will pack in even more events this year to include workshops, a panel discussion and free foyer events on Saturday 14 January where you can hear some of the UK’s best barbershop, choral, jazz, and beatbox talent. Audience participation mandatory!
