Beyond Reasonable Doubt?

Exclusive live recording of the series finale with Q&A.

Join presenter Chris WarburtonWisebuddah producer Mark Sandell, and BBC 5 live commissioners, for an exclusive live recording of the series finale of Beyond Reasonable Doubt?, Episode 16 – Where Are They Now?.

In the final episode, Chris tries to tie up the loose ends of the case and finds out what affect Kathleen’s death – and the trial that followed – had on many of the key players. What happened to ice cool prosecutor Freda Black? The male escort ‘Brad’? Discredited forensics expert Duane Deaver? How did the case inspire a hit TV comedy? And who is the psychic who now owns 1810 Cedar? Our story ends at the foot of the Durham staircase where it began in December 2001. There will then be a Q&A giving the audience the chance to discuss the case with those that have been behind the scenes and met the characters in this story face to face.

The most captivating real life true-crime story you have never heard of – the famous novelist, a body at the bottom of the staircase, a series of extraordinary events and a court case that grabbed the attention of the world. This unique podcast uncovers the incredible story of Kathleen and Michael Peterson. BBC Radio 5 live tells the story of what happened that night through exclusive archive material and interviews with those directly involved.

Please note that latecomers may not be admitted due to the event being recorded.
