The Lydian Tree

Nature Unwrapped

The Lydian Tree is a new collaborative work between children’s author Kim Hillyard, composer Ben Corrigan and his art installation co-creator Matthew Watt.

The centrepiece of the work is The Lydian Tree, an interactive sculpture of sound and light brought to life with a specially commissioned story written and narrated by Hillyard. Bring your young ones along to experience this immersive world of evolving sound and colours as we explore themes of nature, the seasons and how our natural world might look far into the future.

This event is suitable for children ages 3+.
