Live! Original Winning Audio Fiction Shorts, from The Dashingly Quirky Original Audio Fiction Script Writing Competition 2019!

Two wonderful original audio fiction scripts will be chosen from many submitted for this competition, and performed live for your delectation and delight. Audience can enjoy – and perhaps even join in with – live foley, and might even help create a variety of places and crowds, followed by a handy and informative Q & A session, delving into how to make audio fiction in a variety of ways. Presented by some of the best and brightest on the indie audio fiction scene. Come join us for audio fun and grill the team on all things creating audio fiction.

Fiona Thraille is an actor, narrator and audio producer who has been involved in audio drama production for over a decade, and who also narrates and produces audiobooks through Audible.  She is the founder and producer of Dashing Onions Audio – a drama podcast, was a co-host and producer of the Audio Drama Production Podcast, and has given lectures and presentations on aspects of audio drama podcast creation.

Sarah Golding is podcast host for MADIVA Podcast, and produces audio fun – Teddy Story, The Moonologue Sessions and MADCAP2019 with her company Quirky Voices. She has been a voice actor in over 100 podcasts including fun roles in Amelia Project, Edict Zero, A Scottish Podcast, Hostile Worlds and The Orphans. She is a writer and adores encouraging and reading new writing, and teaches LAMDA classes and drama workshops locally. Look out for all future voice acting classes of joy!
