Pre-Concert Meal FAQs

For those who’d like to dine before the concert, you can now book a Pre-Concert Meal in Rotunda at the point of booking your concert tickets*. The Rotunda is the restaurant & bar on the ground floor, with stunning views of Regent’s Canal, serving quality produce from independent suppliers.  The Pre-Concert Meal will offer a discounted price exclusively to Kings Place concert-goers.

Please ensure you leave at least 90 minutes to enjoy your meal, before going downstairs and taking your seats for the performance. Always check the concert start time to avoid having to rush.

Pre-Concert Meal FAQs

When should I arrive at the restaurant?

You can arrive anytime between 5 pm and 7 pm, we recommend allowing 1.5 hours to enjoy a 3-course meal and 1hr for a 2-course meal. If you arrive less than 1.5 hours before the concert, we cannot guarantee we will be able to serve all the dishes before the concert is due to start.

Where will I be sitting?

In the main Rotunda dining room. If the restaurant is at full capacity, we reserve the right to allocate you one of the tables in our bar area where you will also be able to enjoy the dinner.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

We can usually cater for most health or allergy-related dietary requests with prior notice. We will do our best to adapt courses according to each individual guest’s dietary requirements. We would ask that you advise our team via email on of any dietary requests when you originally book and no later than 3 days before the booking date.

What is the cancellation policy?

We cannot offer a refund of your booking unless in the event of the concert performance is cancelled.

Can I get a refund or credit against my final bill, if I or any of my guests cannot attend on the day?

We will only offer a refund of your booking in the event if the concert is cancelled or the restaurant cannot open for any reason.

Do you have service charge?

Yes, and this is not included in the initial ticket price, however a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your final bill based on the meal price and any extras you have, including drinks.

Do you have an alternative to the pre-concert menu?

You are welcome to dine from the full a la carte menu and we will deduct the pre-paid amount from your final bill. Please note that the pre-concert menu is built around speed of service and some of the dishes from the main a la carte might take longer to prepare. Find out more here.

How can I pay my final bill?

You can pay your final bill by Visa, all Debit cards, MasterCard, American Express, please note we are a cashless venue.

Can I make a reservation without buying a ticket?

Do you have access & bathroom facilities for wheelchair users?

Yes, we have step-free/lift access for wheelchairs in the restaurant, and bathroom facilities for wheelchair users. Please advise our team of your needs in advance so we can assign the most suitable table.
