Kings Place and Alan Bearman Music present a yearly weekend of folk events showcasing the very finest traditional musicians and storytellers, curated closely around the chosen theme of our annual Unwrapped series.
Previous editions include: State of the Nations (Scotland Unwrapped 2024), Time and Tradition (Time Unwrapped 2018), Birdsong You’ve Never Heard So Sweet (Earth Unwrapped 2025), No Voices (Sound Unwrapped 2023), Wild Singing (Nature Unwrapped 2020), with artists including Martin & Eliza Carthy, Peggy Seeger, Cara Dillon, Shovel Dance Collective, Ímar, Leveret, Brighde Chaimbeul, Roy Bailey, Green Ribbons, Chris Wood, Miranda Rutter & Rob Harbron.
The theme and lineup for Folk Weekend 2026 will be announced in Autumn 2025.
