A booking fee of 10% will be applied at checkout, with a maximum charge of £5.00 per transaction. Booking fees do not apply to purchases made in person at the Box Office. Kings Place Friends are exempt from all booking fees.

Children

Tickets are required for each child attending a performance. Parents are reminded that some performances are not suitable for young children.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late for the start of a performance or after an interval we appreciate that you will want to take your seat as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to assist. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists we may ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Occasionally this may not be possible once the performance has started.

For your comfort and safety, under no circumstances shall any member of the audience be permitted to sit in any gangway which intersects or flanks the seating.
We welcome visitors to take photos at shows and share them on social media, provided this doesn’t interfere with anyone’s enjoyment of the performance.
Kings Place or any permitted third parties may carry out general filming and sound recording in or about the venue. By purchasing tickets you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such films and recordings without payment.
The Management of Kings Place reserves the right to:
• Refuse admission to the venue
• Request any ticket holder to leave the Venue, and take appropriate action to enforce this right
• Change the advertised arrangements of any performance in the event of illness or any cause beyond the control of the management
