A booking fee of £3.00 per transaction will be triggered in accordance with the type of tickets in your shopping basket. All tickets, including the £9.50 Savers, are subject to a booking fee, with the exemptions of flat-rate £9.50 tickets (not advertised as Savers), and any other tickets cheaper than £9.50. An optional postage fee of £1.50 is applied if you wish to receive your tickets by post. Booking fees do not apply to purchases made in person at the Box Office.
Kings Place Music Foundation is classed as partially exempt for VAT purposes. KPMF ticket sales are culturally exempt from VAT and therefore contain no VAT element.
An additional fee of £1.50 is applied if you wish to receive your tickets by post. Postage fees (per order, not per ticket) cover the costs of postage and packaging, so that Kings Place Music Foundation, the charity set up to run the music spaces at Kings Place, can continue to support art and artists.
If the first performance you book is within the next 14 days your tickets will be held and may be collected at the Box Office. If you do not receive your tickets in the post, tickets can be re-issued on the day of the event/performance on presentation of the credit or debit card used to make the booking. Please note that we do not post tickets internationally.
A voluntary donation of £3, which supports the Charitable Aims of the Kings Place Music Foundation, our artistic programme and community projects will be added at the checkout. This can be changed on the drop down menu next to ‘suggested donation’.
Buy six or more tickets per event and save 20%. Group discounts are available via the Box Office only and may not be available on all performances. Subject to availability.
A limited number of £9.50 Saver seats are available for every performance. For Hall One events these seats will be allocated by the Box Office.
A limited number of ‘Under 14s’ £6.50 (no booking fee) and ‘Under 30s’ £8.50 (no booking fee) tickets are available for selected events at Kings Place, ranging from Classical concerts to jazz and world music – a great way to introduce children to live music and make it more accessible to young people. All events with ticket offers for children and young people are displayed here. Terms and conditions apply. Please contact the Box Office for more information.
All events in Hall Two and St Pancras room are General Admission.
For Hall One concerts you can choose your own seats.
In order to reassure customers considering making ticket purchases at this time, we have relaxed our normal terms and conditions (seen below). For more details, please refer to our page dedicated to COVID-19 (coronavirus) updates by clicking here.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
As we do not offer an exchange or refund service we are happy to offer to re-sell tickets once all house seats have been sold. Ticket re-sales will be at the discretion of the Box Office Manager. Tickets that have been resold will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate valid for 24 months. Gift certificates can be used as full or part payment against tickets for future performances or events at Kings Place.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place a refund will be provided.
Only tickets purchased by the Box Office or approved agents are valid for admission. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry.
Some performances may have specific conditions of sale. These will be listed on the event pages for that event on this site and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check this before they purchase tickets.
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.
Kings Place reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.
