A booking fee of £3.00 per transaction will be triggered in accordance with the type of tickets in your shopping basket. All tickets, including the £9.50 Savers, are subject to a booking fee, with the exemptions of flat-rate £9.50 tickets (not advertised as Savers), and any other tickets cheaper than £9.50. Booking fees do not apply to purchases made in person at the Box Office.
Why do booking fees apply?
Booking fees (per order, not per ticket) covers our Box Office administrative costs so that Kings Place Music Foundation, the charity set up to run the music spaces at Kings Place, can continue to support art and artists.
Due to the government’s latest ruling, a maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased on our website for any event per order. Groups of more than 6 will not be allowed to sit together within the auditoria.
All events are currently General Admission. To ensure social distancing, you will be seated by members of our team.
Currently tickets for Kings Place shows are only available as e-tickets, you can present your e-ticket or order confirmation at the auditorium doors.
In order to reassure customers considering making ticket purchases at this time, we have relaxed our normal terms and conditions. For more details, please refer to our page dedicated to COVID-19 (coronavirus) updates by clicking here.
What will happen if events are cancelled?

What will happen if events are postponed?
If an event is postponed we will offer all bookers the choice of a full refund or a ticket for the new date.
What will happen if I am no longer able to attend an event at Kings Place?
