The safety of our audiences, artists and staff is of paramount importance to Kings Place. We are continuing to try and offer the most enjoyable and safest visit as Government restrictions are being relaxed.
If you suspect you have any symptoms of coronavirus or have been advised to self-isolate, we kindly urge you to refrain from attending events at Kings Place. If you inform us prior to the event we will offer you a credit voucher for the value of your tickets.
Seating will no longer be socially-distanced from the start of our new season in September.
There is no longer a legal requirement to wear face coverings in indoor settings. However, the UK Government recommends that members of the public continue to wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces where you come into contact with people you don’t normally meet. For the safety of our audiences and artists we request that you wear a mask for the duration of the event you are attending.
We don’t currently ask our visitors to show a negative COVID test result or proof of vaccination as a condition of entry. If guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England changes and these become mandatory, we will update our processes and the information on this page accordingly.
We encourage all visitors to check in using the NHS Test and Trace app, if they are able to, even though this is no longer compulsory. We are no longer collecting contact details of visitors for contact tracing purposes.
How we are keeping people safe:
Kings Place is a recipient of the ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard mark, certifying that we have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines with a Risk Assessment in place plus a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
