KPlayer is our new streaming platform. Here, you can buy tickets to watch several of our live shows online, from the comfort of your own home. There is also an archive of free-to-watch videos.
If you miss a show or want to watch again, some of the shows will remain on KPlayer, as a video on demand, for a time-limited period.
KPlayer uses Vimeo to distribute video. Please ensure your devices meet the compatibility requirements to play video from Vimeo.
Vimeo compatibility guidance can be found here
When watching a live event, you may have the opportunity to participate in a live chat, a poll or Q&A session on the event page.
Visit this Vimeo Support page for an outline of what to expect and how to use each of these features as a viewer. Keep in mind there is no guarantee you will always see these features used as they are enabled and controlled on an event-by-event basis.
If you are watching on your mobile, you may need to turn your device landscape to view the chat sidebar (if this is not working on an iPhone, check that the Portrait Orientation lock is off)
Watching on a smart TV
Not all smart TVs are compatible with Vimeo playback but here are some tips on how to access and watch videos from some commonly used smart TVs.
Other ways to watch on TV
You may be able to cast content from your phone or tablet to a Smart TV, if you own a device such as a Chromecast or Firestick.
You may also be able to connect your laptop to your TV via an HDMI cable. This will require both your laptop and your TV to have HDMI ports. Once your laptop and TV are connected via an HDMI cable, you can use your TV remote control to select your HDMI source.
Please visit our KPlayer FAQ page if your question has not been answered here.
