To limit physical contact, we won’t be opening our cloakroom so please refrain from bringing large items of luggage as these won’t be allowed in the halls.
Please note that food is not permitted into any auditoria.
If you arrive late for the start of a performance we appreciate that you will want to take your seat as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to assist. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists we may have to ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Occasionally it may not be possible to enter once the performance has started. Kings Place do not offer refunds should you be unable to attend part or any of the performance, if you arrive late.
Re-admittance may not be possible once you have left the auditorium, depending on the nature of the performance. If this is the case you will be notified prior to entry, however please check with a member of staff on the day.
We welcome you to take photos at shows and share them on social media, provided this doesn’t interfere with anyone’s enjoyment of the performance.
Kings Place may take pictures during your visit that are later used for promotional purposes. Signage will be displayed if filming is taking place during a performance.
Please speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.
