Cloakroom

The cloakroom is located on the –2 level (between the Concert Bar and Hall Two). The fee to use the cloakroom is £2.00 per item and we can accept a maximum of three items per person.

You’re welcome to take small bags (less than 40 x 25 x 25cm) into the event spaces, as long as these are able to be fitted under your seat, but please note that these may be subject to search.

Large bags or luggage are not allowed within the auditoria. However, we have partnered with a company called Stasher who provide affordable and secure bag storage in various hotels and shops nearby. You can book storage with Stasher here

Non-Permitted Items

Please note that food is not permitted into any auditoria.

Late Arrivals and Re-Admittance

If you arrive late for the start of a performance we appreciate that you will want to take your seat as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to assist. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists we may have to ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Occasionally it may not be possible to enter once the performance has started. Kings Place do not offer refunds should you be unable to attend part or any of the performance, if you arrive late.

Re-admittance may not be possible once you have left the auditorium, depending on the nature of the performance. If this is the case you will be notified prior to entry, however please check with a member of staff on the day.

Photography, Filming and Sound Recording

Photography using your mobile phone is permitted at most events, provided it’s not excessive and doesn’t interfere with other people’s enjoyment of the performance. Video recordings are discouraged.

Kings Place may take pictures during your visit that are later used for promotional purposes. Signage will be displayed if filming is taking place during a performance.

Please speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.
