Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, our Box Office will remain closed until government advice changes. Read our full statement. Our Box Office service for in-person communication and telephone calls is currently unavailable. For all enquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, we are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries. We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries as swiftly as possible but there may be a delay during this time.
The comfort and safety of our audiences and staff is always paramount. To make your visit as safe and secure as possible we have enhanced our security measures which include restrictions on large bags inside all of our venues, and the introduction of bag checks. Where possible please try to avoid bringing large bags or luggage on your visit.
All bags are likely to be searched and any bags larger than 30x50cm will need to be checked into our cloakroom free of charge, as they are not permitted into our auditoria. Staff will be on hand to help make this process as quick as possible, but please allow plenty of time. Other random searches of bags may take place outside of Kings Place’s venues across our site.
At no time should your bag be left unattended.
Thank you for your co-operation.
We work hard to protect the safety and security of our visitors, performers and staff. We will continue to review the measures we have in place as appropriate and in line with relevant direction from the security services.
Please note that food is not permitted into any auditoria.
Drinks with the exception of red wine can be brought into the auditoria decanted into plastic cups provided by the venue; hot drinks are permitted with a lid.
The Cloakroom is situated on the Concert Level (-2) close to the entrances for Hall One, Hall Two, and the St Pancras Room. The Cloakroom is open from 1 hour before the performance to approx. 15 minutes after the last performance and is for concert/event attendees only; it is closed on no-show/event days.
We ask for a £2 donation to use the cloakroom. Coats, bags, light luggage and folded buggies are all accepted. Larger and heavy items will be at the management’s discretion. Large bags/rucksacks are not permitted into the venues.
For any left items or general cloakroom enquiries, please email email@example.com.
You will notice an increased security presence and we will take time to search all bags on entry. You can help us to make sure that this has as little impact on your visit as possible by doing the following:
• Please plan your journey and arrive as early as possible
• Please be patient with our staff as they check you into the venues.
If you arrive late for the start of a performance or after an interval we appreciate that you will want to take your seat as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to assist. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists we may have to ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Occasionally it may not be possible to enter once the performance has started. Kings Place do not offer refunds should you be unable to attend part or any of the performance, if you arrive late.
Re-admittance may not be possible once you have left the auditorium, depending on the nature of the performance. If this is the case you will be notified prior to entry, however please check with a member of staff on the day.
We welcome you to take photos at shows and share them on social media, provided this doesn’t interfere with anyone’s enjoyment of the performance.
Kings Place may take pictures during your visit that are later used for promotional purposes. Signage will be displayed if filming is taking place during a performance.
Please speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.
