Our box office is open Monday to Friday between 1.30pm – 5pm and in the two hours prior to the first performance of the day.  Should you have any access enquiries, please call us during opening hours on 020 7520 1440 or e-mail us at info@kingsplace.co.uk to discuss your preferences and requirements.

Payments

We are a cashless venue, and can no longer accept cash payments for bookings.

Transaction Fee

A transaction fee of 12.5% will be applied to your booking, up to a maximum charge of £6. This fee is to cover our Box Office administrative costs so that Kings Place Music Foundation can continue to support its artists, programme, learning and participation work.

Building Levy Fee

Kings Place Music Foundation is a charity with high running costs. Our performance spaces need constant upkeep and improvement to ensure we can continue to bring you world-class programming in a state of the art, sustainable and accessible environment.

A £1 Building Levy is applied to each booking, the proceeds of which go towards maintaining and improving our performance spaces and facilities.

Fees do not apply to purchases made in person at the Box Office. Kings Place Friends are exempt from all booking fees.

Seating

All events in Hall One use allocated seating unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

Currently tickets for Kings Place shows are only available as e-tickets, you can present your e-ticket or order confirmation at the auditorium doors.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • If a performance is sold out we will accept tickets for resale and in the event of resale you will receive a Kings Place gift voucher that will be valid for any ticketing purchase for 2 years.
  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place a refund (booking fee excluded) will be provided.
  • Only tickets purchased by the Box Office or approved agents are valid for admission. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry.
  • Some performances may have specific conditions of sale. These will be listed on the event pages for that event on this site and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check this before they purchase tickets.
  • Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.
  • Kings Place reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.

VAT

Kings Place Music Foundation is classed as partially exempt for VAT purposes. KPMF ticket sales are culturally exempt from VAT and therefore contain no VAT element, other than tickets for streamed events which contain VAT at either 5% or 20%.

A limited number of ‘Under 14s’ £6.50 (no booking fee) and ‘Under 30s’ £8.50 (no booking fee) tickets are available for selected events at Kings Place, ranging from Classical concerts to jazz and world music – a great way to introduce children to live music and make it more accessible to young people.
