Bulgarian pianist Marina Staneva celebrates the release of her new album with a programme mixing traditional and modern classical music from her home country.

Bulgarian pianist Marina Staneva was awarded the title Young Steinway Artist in 2020. A year later she recorded her debut album for Chandos Records. Slavic Roots will be released on the 1st of April 2022.

To celebrate its release, Marina performs remarkable piano works by Pancho Vladigerov and Dobrinka Tabakova representing the dialogue between tradition and modernism in Bulgarian Classical music.
