Nine Lessons and Carols for Curious People

Last year The Cosmic Shambles Network and Robin Ince were forced to take their traditional year end mad cocktail of science, comedy, music and mayhem online for 24 straight hours. But this year they’re BACK, live on stage, just like normal. Or whatever counts as normal at one of these shows. Join Robin and loads of very special guests for four nights and one family matinee this December at Kings Place for everything from physics to folk music and laughter to lasers.

Expect a HUGE bill of speakers and performers which will include lots of Nine Lessons favourites, plenty of first timers and, of course, a few surprises too! Just some of those already confirmed to appear include Mark Watson, Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell, Helen Czerski, Chris Jackson, Chris Lintott, Bec Hill, Natalie Haynes, David Lindo, Ben Goldacre, Grace Petrie, Matt Parker, Pragya Agarawal and Camilla Pang.

For full listings visit cosmicshambles.com/ninelessons which will be updated regularly.

As ever with Nine Lessons, profits from this event will be going towards charity. This year we were proud to be fundraising for Covax and Maytree Respite Centre. And as in year’s past we will also be collecting food and household goods for The Trussell Trust’s Euston Foodbank. A list of the most urgently needed items will be posted closer to the show dates.
