Nine Lessons and Carols for Curious People

The Cosmic Shambles Network are delighted to return to Kings Place this year with their hugely popular festive combination of ideas, experiments, science, songs, comedy, poetry and much much more.

The annual celebration of all things curious and creative – a variety night like no other – is hosted by Robin Ince who is traditionally joined by a plethora of amazing guests from stand-ups to scientists and musicians to mathematicians.

This year Robin Ince’s guests will include physicist Dr Helen Czerski, singer songwriter Grace Petrie, geologist Prof Chris Jackson, comedian Josie Long, biophysicist Dr Yolanda Ohene, entomologist Dr Erica McAllister, singer songwriter Gecko, science writer Philip Ball, neuroscientist Anil Seth with many, many more still to be announced.

The Cosmic Shambles Network will continue to open up the show to a whole new generation by presenting a special matinee performance curated specially for families on 17th December.

This year the shows will support chosen charities – Turn2Us and Together For Short Lives – and as always there will be collections for one of the, sadly, all-important foodbanks.
