Ricky Gervais takes to the stage with a selection of comedian friends to debut new material.

  • Tickets go on sale at 10am on Fri 16 Jan.
  • Age advisory: 16+
  • Tickets are £15 each + 12.5% transaction fee + A building levy of £1 will also be added at checkout.
  • A strict limit of 2 tickets per person (and per household) applies. Any tickets purchased over this limit may be cancelled and refunded. You may not resell or offer to resell tickets for this event.
  • Successful ticket bookers will be able to collect their tickets from the box office on the day of the event from 5pm.
    Ticket collection will not be possible before this time.
  • ID checks will be in place for this event. Photo ID is required to collect your tickets and must match the name of the lead booker to gain entry.
  • Only tickets purchased directly from Kings Place are valid. Any tickets resold or offered for resale may be cancelled/refunded.

The show will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

No photography or filming will be allowed.
Latecomers will not be admitted.
The bar will be open until the show starts.

Considered one of the most influential British comedians since Charlie Chaplin, (he received the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy 2016 BAFTA/LA) Ricky Gervais is the creator and star of The Office, Extras, Derek, and the critically acclaimed Netflix hit After Life.

Following the global success of his two previous Netflix stand-up specials Humanity and Supernature, 2023 saw Gervais release a third special and his biggest to date, Armageddon. It won a Golden Globe, was nominated for a Grammy, and was the global number 1 most-watched show on Netflix, following a record-breaking international tour, selling out 85 arena dates across the world. Gervais’s show at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the
highest-grossing comedy gig ever.

Mortality – Gervais’s highly-anticipated fourth stand-up special – had its global release on Netflix on 30th December 2025, following another record-breaking global tour through 2024-2025.

Gervais has won countless awards across his career and enjoyed huge critical success for the three outstanding series of After Life. His hit series The Office is the most successful British comedy of all time, shown in more than 90 countries, with 13 remakes.

Ricky has hosted the Golden Globes awards five times, in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016 and 2020.

£10 ‘Under 30s’ tickets
A limited number of £10 tickets for attendees aged under 30 are available for certain shows. To purchase an ‘Under 30s’ ticket, please choose the ‘Under 30s’ price type when selecting your ticket(s). If the option does not appear, this means all ‘Under 30s’ tickets have sold out or are not available for this performance. Please note that proof of age may be requested at the venue. The £10 offer does not apply to premium price categories.

Kings Place is situated just a few minutes’ walk from King’s Cross and St Pancras stations, one of the most connected locations in London and now the biggest transport hub in Europe.

The Venue 
Our performance spaces are situated on the lower ground floor. Hall One, Hall Two and St Pancras are located in level -2, reached by stairs, escalator and lift from the ground floor entrance level.

Event Times 
Door times indicate auditorium entrance times only. Visitors are welcome to enjoy the Kings Place seating areas, gallery-level art, canal-side terrace, café, restaurant and bar throughout the day and evening.

  • Our events begin promptly at the advertised start time. Typically, there is no support unless otherwise stated.
  • We recommend arriving in good time before the performance. The Hall doors will open 30 minutes before the performance to allow time to take your seats, or to choose a space for standing shows.
  • Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance where possible

Rotunda Bar & Restaurant
Rotunda, situated on the ground floor of Kings Place, offers a unique dining and drinking experience alongside Regent’s Canal. The concert bar in the venue foyer will also be open for select events.

Green & Fortune Café
Recently re-furbished and now open with a new look, the Green & Fortune Café is open for selected concerts. Serving hot and cold food and drinks, including sandwiches, salads, soup, stew and a pie of the day, alongside a choice of cakes made by the on-site bakery team.
