The Amelia Project + We Fix Space Junk

London Podcast Festival Presents... Audio Drama

The Amelia Project is a black comedy about an underground agency that specialises in making its clients disappear, usually by faking their deaths, then letting them reappear with a brand new identity! Each episode tells the story of a new client and contains suspense, surprises and cocoa. Previous clients have included cult leaders, politicians, time travellers, robots, royalty and the Loch Ness Monster. For the Live Show at Kings Place, The Amelia Project is helping a brand new client disappear…

The Amelia Project is created by Philip Thorne and Oystein Brager. The show was a finalist at the Austin Film Festival and the British Podcast Awards 2019, and was named Best New Comedy by the Audio Verse Awards 2018.

We Fix Space Junk is a sci-fi sitcom following the journey of Kilner and Samantha, two female repairmen, tackle jobs across the galaxy while fighting against the loan company that put them there. We Fix Space Junk is written by Beth Crane and produced by Hedley Knights for Battle Bird Productions. Recipients of 2018’s Audio Verse award for Best New Comedic Writing, the show follows in the footsteps of Harry Harrison, Brian Aldiss and Douglas Adams.

For the Live Show at Kings Place, Kilner and Samantha have been sent to retrieve a strange object floating in space. It could be dangerous, it could be completely mundane. But Kilner and Samantha need to get to it before anyone else does…
