The Breakup Monologues

A chat show and podcast recording hosted by award-winning comedian, author and accidental relationship guru Rosie Wilby. She and acclaimed performer and writer pals look back at their best and worst romantic breakup stories and discuss ghosting, divorce parties, open relationships and more. Tragedy plus time equals comedy, right?

Her guests for tonight’s show are former Labour adviser, columnist, commentator and comedian Ayesha Hazarika, standups Debra-Jane Appelby, David Mills and Olga Koch (Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee 2018) and journalist and author of The Friendship Cure, Kate Leaver. Topics will include friend breakups and what happens when a separation involves one or more partners who transition gender during the relationship.

Rosie Wilby is the author of Is Monogamy Dead? and a trilogy of internationally-acclaimed solo shows about love and relationships. The Breakup Monologues was recently recommended by Metro as one of the top five love and relationships podcasts worldwide.

The entire first series of The Breakup Monologues is available now on iTunes, Spotify and all good podcast platforms.
