An innately gifted pianist, composer and bandleader, Ivo Neame (Phronesis, Marius Neset Quintet) has demonstrated himself over the last decade as a musician of world-class quality with an overriding spirit of adventure and exploration. An original and a risk-taker.

Ivo Neame is an award-winning pianist and composer. In addition to leading his own bands, he is a vital cog in several of European jazz’s most forward-looking groups including Phronesis and the Marius Neset Quintet. He regularly performs at jazz festivals worldwide, collaborating with ensembles as diverse as the Frankfurt Radio Big Band and the London Sinfonietta. He is a regular member of Phronesis (Best Jazz Ensemble, 2017 Parliamentary Jazz Awards) and the Julian Arguelles Quartet.
