Formed in early 2016, ten-piece SEED Ensemble is led by alto saxophonist and composer Cassie Kinoshi.

Driftglass is SEED Ensemble’s long awaited debut album released on the jazz re:freshed label. SEED Ensemble is a stellar line-up featuring some of London’s most up-and-coming young jazz musicians including tuba player Theon Cross and tenor saxophonist Chelsea Carmichael. Combining jazz with inner-city London, West African and Caribbean influenced groove, SEED explores a blend of genres through both original compositions and arrangements.

A small supply of ‘Driftglass’ on vinyl will be available exclusively at this event prior to 8 February release date.
