If you’ve got a great idea for a podcast, but need some help getting started, this is the session for you. A panel of three industry practitioners will walk you through your first tentative steps into the world of podcasting.

Cheeka Eyers is a radio, podcast producer and presenter, currently heard fronting For F1’s Sake and producer of podcasts for the Southbank Centre, Financial Times, and 6Music and works on The Sunday Times’ Danny in the Valley and The Week podcast. Until 2015, she was a producer at Podium.me, working with first-time podcasters to help them to tell their stories.

Lets create some audio! Daniel Higgott, a freelance sound engineer with over ten years experience will walk you through the kit you need to record your first episode.

Putting it all together, Andrew Goddard, producer of several hit podcasts including Wooden Overcoats and Inside Donald Trump, will talk you through editing and mixing your audio.
