Ideas are the currency of the creative community. Have a good one and someone will be willing to invest in it – and (with a bit of luck) you. But what if you struggle to have ideas? And the word ‘creative’ fills you with dread? In this one-hour Strange & Charmed taster, we’ll run through the basics of having and developing ideas. Led by Cathy FitzGerald, multi-award-winning presenter and producer of BBC documentaries.

Strange & Charmed is a school for audio storytellers. It’s based in a bright sunny workroom in the village of Wendover (45 minutes from London by train). Audio-makers are often kind, funny, shy and the best kind of peculiar. We want to bring them together to talk, share notions, eat cake, climb hills and drink whisky. We hope this will lead to unexpected and beautiful collisions of people and ideas.
