Tuuletar is a dynamic young Finnish a cappella group who’ve created their own musical style combining Finnish folk music with urban beats. In this workshop they’ll demonstrate the traditional styles they draw on, such as Karelian laments and other traditions, but also show how to combine them with contemporary beatboxing techniques.

You are equally welcome if you want to try the traditional vocal techniques or contemporary beatboxing, or if you want to sit out and just witness firsthand this dynamic mixing of cultures. There’s nothing better than discovering music from the inside.
