About the speakers:

Toby Lloyd is a new voice in literary fiction, writing about British Jewish experiences. Taught by E. L. Doctorow and Jonathan Safran Foer on NYU’s prestigious Creative Writing MFA, Toby has published stories and essays in Carve Magazine, the Los Angeles Review of Books and elsewhere. He was longlisted for the 2021 V. S. Pritchett Short Story Prize. He lives in London.
