Leanne Alie is a Diversity Leader as well as Podcast Producer and creator. She has driven Diversity Strategy at some of the biggest organisations in the world: Spotify, Google and Microsoft and is currently a Podcast Commissioner at the BBC.

Mike Carr has over 25 years experience in media – he is the former editor of BBC Radio Sport and is the current CEO of production company Crowd Network, taking responsibility for their commercial strategy.
