Kings Place becomes a place of hilarity on the penultimate night of the 75th Jewish Book Week, celebrating London’s vibrant comedy scene. Host Bella Narain welcomes a sparkling line-up: Edinburgh sell-out, JW3 panto star and clown Frankie Thompson (Guardian Top 5 Comedy Shows of the Year); stand-up and online sensation Sarah Roberts (Rolling Stone Rising Star of Comedy); and musician-comedian Sansha, praised by Sofar Sounds for “a voice that could melt your heart if it wasn’t rupturing your belly with laughter”. Presented in partnership with Honk! comedy nights and a highlight of our £5 under-30s ticket scheme.
This event will last approximately 75 minutes, with no interval.

By day, Bella Narain is a real estate advisor for Chutzpah Property Connect. By night, she transforms into a stand-up comedienne with a knack for turning life’s challenges into glittering punchlines. Her ability to transform her insights into impactful action is what inspired the creation of Hot Girl Comic Incorporated—a platform dedicated to revealing the remarkable voices of women, spreading laughter, and making a difference in a world where they’ve too often been hidden. Oh, and her Jewish mother insists it’s on record that Bella graduated with a philosophy degree and a minor in Ancient Near Eastern and Egyptology from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a law LLB from the prestigious King’s College London School of Law.
