All tickets for events at Kings Place are non-refundable/exchangeable.
If a performance is sold out and you would like to return your tickets, please contact the Kings Place Box Office to enquire about resale options. In the event of a successful resale, the booker would receive a Kings Place credit voucher for the face value of the tickets (booking fees excluded), less an additional £1.50 resale fee per ticket. Credit vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue, and can be redeemed against ticketing purchases only.
Only tickets purchased from the Kings Place Box Office or approved agents are valid for admission. Tickets sold via unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Reselling a ticket, except via the Kings Place Box Office, makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry.
Some performances may have specific conditions of sale, which will be listed on the event pages on this site. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check this before they purchase tickets.
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.
Kings Place reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place a refund (booking fees excluded) will be provided
