Our food is all about good quality produce, simply & elegantly presented: wholesome British dishes include a starter of smoked eel with pressed beetroot
& horseradish. Beef & lamb are sourced from our own farm & matured on the premises in a dedicated hanging room: tender lamb leg steak served
with mint sauce & roast onions is particularly noteworthy. The wine list is thorough, with plenty of good-value glugging below £30.
