Entrants must be 18+ and UK residents (excluding NI). Promotion will be closed by Thursday 15th September 2022 at midday. The prize is a two tickets to Adam Buxton Live podcast at London Podcast Festival on Thursday 15th September 2022 at 7pm. To enter, you must: (1) follow Kings Place (@kingsplacelondon) and Acast (@acastpodcasts) on Instagram; and (2) tag at least one friend in the comments section of this Instagram post, or the equivalent Instagram post on Acast’s account. There is no maximum number of entries per person. Every comment tagging a new friend counts as one entry. One winner will be randomly selected by Kings Place.

Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates
1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) only.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and have access to an Instagram account.
3. Entrants must not be an employee, friend or family of Kings Place Music Foundation or Acast.
4. This promotion opens at 12:00 on Wednesday 14th September 2022 and closes at 12:00pm on Thursday 15th September 2022. Any entry received after the closing date will not be valid. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
5. An unlimited number of entries are permitted per person, provided that a new account is tagged in every comment.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.

Selecting the winner(s)
8. One winner will be randomly selected on 12:00pm on Thursday 15th September 2022 from all valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be contacted by Kings Place Instagram account on Thursday 15th September 2022
The Prize
9. The winner will receive two tickets to Adam Buxton Podcast live show at London Podcast Festival on Thursday 15th September 2022 at 7pm.
Notification and delivery of the prize
10. The winner will be notified within the hour of being selected, using the contact details provided on entry to this promotion.
11. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. However, if a winner has not responded to notification within 1 hour of notification, or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.
12. The prize will be sent to the winner by Kings Place to the winner’s email address after the winner details have been verified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details by entrants.
General
13. The winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize.
14. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Any information you provide as part of this promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram. Entrants to this promotion hereby release Instagram from any claim or liability suffered in connection with this promotion.
16. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
17. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.
18. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.
