The prize-winning Barcelona-based KamBrass Quintet make their London debut for a colourful and enthralling performance.

We welcome the talented young KamBrass Quintet from Barcelona to Kings Place, making their London debut in this colourful, virtuosic programme which combines original music for brass quintet with arrangements of JS Bach, Granados and Rachmaninov.

One of the most exciting groups on the international scene, KamBrass won the Philip Jones International Brass Competition in 2022 in Lucerne among several other major prizes, including the American Brass Quintet prize at the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition 2021. Curiosity and passion for chamber music inspired these five outstanding musicians to create the project and to make their own idiomatic arrangements, and to seek out new repertoire.
