The concert will conclude with a performance of one of the greatest guitarists in the world, the amazing David Russell.

David Russell is one of the giants of the classical guitar today. His beautifully polished and refined playing have made him a hero to guitarists and audiences the world over. His many recordings for Telarc have met with tremendous acclaim and numerous awards including a Grammy. David is highly sought after and tours the world continuously, this is a not to be missed chance to see the world’s foremost classical guitarist in concert, his only London appearance in 2019.

5pm – 6.15pm: Final of the London International Guitar Competition

LIGC one of the most prestigious competitions worldwide which has attracted the best guitarists under 30 years of age who have come from 33 different countries. Tonight, three finalists will play 20 each to win the coveted First Prize.

6.30pm: Emmanuel Sowicz Concert – 2018 winner 

A 30 minutes performance by Chilean guitarist Emmanuel Sowicz, the outstanding winner of London International Guitar Competition 2018.
