Come and hear the very best emerging guitarists in the world!

This competition, which was only created last year, is one of the most prestigious and fiercest contested guitar competitions in the world. The competition runs over three days with a Final on Sunday.

EuroStrings is a collaborative of 17 European guitar festivals co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.

The winner will receive 8,000 Euros and a European tour as well as concerts in China and the US.More information about the EuroStrings Guitar Competition:

The First Round, consisting of three sessions, will take place in Hall Two:

Part I: Thursday 18 July, 9.30am – 12.30pm (7 competitors)
Part II: Thursday 18 July, 2pm – 5pm (5 competitors)
Part III: Friday 19 July, 10am – 12pm (5 competitors)

Semi-Final:

Saturday 20 July, 9.30am – 12.30pm (8 competitors)

Each competitor plays for 20 minutes during the First Round and the Semi-Final.
