The Great Depression of the 1930s led to major reform of the financial and economic system. This time around, the current crisis has led to similar calls for tougher regulation on banks and tighter controls on credit. An expert panel will consider what kind of reform we want and how we go about it.
Capitalism in crisis promises to be an enlightening and thought-provoking series of events. The events will explore the reasons for the current turmoil, the subsequent impact on the individual and what the future holds.
