Kings Place Jazz Orchestra
Kings Place proudly presents the launch of the newly formed Kings Place Jazz Orchestra. Directed by award-winning composer, arranger and trombonist Callum Au, and featuring acclaimed guest pianist Rob Barron, the Orchestra will perform a dynamic programme of music by George Gershwin, culminating in Callum’s epic new arrangement of ‘Rhapsody in Blue’. Arrive early to hear Flo Redmonds and Cody Moss at the KPJO Young Artist Platform in the Music Base foyer.
Noh Reimagined returns with a powerful edition as part of Kings Place’s Earth Unwrapped. Experience the transcendent artistry of Japanese noh theatre with two classical masterpieces —Bashō and Matsukaze, alongside the world premiere of Song of Rona Island, a historic first-time collaboration between Scottish artists and Japanese Noh performers.

PalMusic UK presents Voices of Palestine Festival, a vibrant celebration of Palestinian culture, arts, and heritage. The day features art exhibitions, crafts, cuisine, and a series of inspiring talks and discussions where leading voices share their unique perspectives on Palestine’s enduring cultural identity. Evening performances feature Gazelleband, the NABAD Dabke Troupe, and a spectacular finale by Banat al-Quds/ Daughters of Jerusalem, an all-female choir from Palestine. Experience the resilience, creativity, and spirit of Palestinian culture while supporting young musicians in Palestine. Proceeds support the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music.
