Ahead of this show, you will be hearing sounds from an old railway path in Suffolk. Come half an hour before the performance to enjoy the installation in Hall One. Your ticket is required.

EVENT DESCRIPTION

‘Part of the fun of the album is that your ears play tricks with your memory of the original: these familiar melodies do unexpected things, resulting in an experience that’s both disturbing yet full of strange delights.’ Tom Service’s review of Four Seasons: Recomposed in the Guardian

The critically-acclaimed 12 ensemble return to Kings Place with a specially curated programme of works by Max Richter.

Long-term collaborators of the composer, the 12 ensemble will be performing the ground-breaking Four Seasons: Recomposed with violinist Eloisa-Fleur Thom as soloist, along with selections from Richter’s hugely-popular works for strings.
