Join Aurora Orchestra for a magical adventure with Agatha the Pirate. With brand new chamber arrangements of music by Bartók, audiences will sail the high seas, meet a host of glimmering jellyfish, and play hide-and-seek with a wonderfully wicked parrot.

With a specially-commissed story from Kate Wakeling (Aurora’s Writer-in-Residence), and a host of playful opportunities to take part in the music led by Jessie Maryon Davies (Aurora’s Workshop Leader-in-Residence), these performances promise a joyful introduction to Béla Bartók and a chance to enter a magical world of music, discovery and play.

Part of Far, Far Away, an Aurora Orchestra series of storytelling performances for children and families.
