Our box office is open Monday to Friday between 12.30pm – 5pm and in the two hours before the first performance of the day. The box office will close 15 minutes after the final performance of the day begins. Tickets for Kings Place shows will be sent as e-tickets.
You will receive your tickets three days (72 hours) before the event start date, via email. If you have booked for multiple events, you will receive tickets for each event separately. To gain entry to an event, present your e-ticket or order confirmation at the auditorium doors.
Tickets purchased at the box office can be printed physically at the time of booking.
The event starts at the time displayed on your e-ticket and booking confirmation. Doors will usually open 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
We will endeavour to seat latecomers at a suitable break in the performance, according to the artists’ instructions. However, this may not always be possible and in some instances, latecomers may not be admitted. Tickets for latecomers are non-refundable.
