Seating

Hall One

Hall One is the largest of our venue spaces and seats 420 people. The Stalls area of Hall One is situated on the Concert level (level -2, basement level) and the Balcony area is situated on the Gallery level (level -1, basement level). These floors can be reached via the main lift in the ground floor foyer.

All events in Hall One use allocated seating, unless stated otherwise. For wider seats in Hall One, we recommend rows A, C, E, G, J, L, N or P in the Stalls. Please be aware that seats in the Stalls have more legroom compared to seats in the Balcony and Stage Balcony areas.

Hall Two & St Pancras Room

Hall Two and the St Pancras Room are situated on the Concert level (level -2, basement level).

In Hall Two and the St Pancras Room, seating is general admission / unallocated seating. Some events in these venue spaces may be fully seated, some may have a combination of seating and standing, and some are standing only. If an event is a standing event or a combination or seating and standing, this will be indicated on the website and on your ticket.

Access Seating

In Hall One, the aisle seat in each corner of the Stalls (A1, A19, Q1, Q20) and AA30 in the Stage Balcony can be removed for wheelchair users.

There are no steps to any seats in the Stalls level of Hall One or to seats in Hall Two and the St Pancras Room. To access the Balcony level of Hall One, there is a platform lift to the inner door for wheelchair users or audience members with limited mobility.

Seating for standing only events or seating in a part of the hall (i.e. aisle seat, seat near front) can be reserved for customers with access requirements. To read more about the accessibility of our venue and joining our access scheme, click here.
