Community Access

Kings Place: Belong is rooted in the belief that everyone should be able to access and enjoy the arts. Through welcoming, relevant and socially impactful projects, we aim to reduce barriers, strengthen connections and create opportunities for people of all backgrounds to experience music, creativity and belonging at Kings Place.

SUN 27 SEP – RNS Moves
RNS Moves is a one-of-a-kind musical ensemble made up of professional disabled musicians and non-disabled members of Royal Northern Sinfonia. Together, they are pioneering a new style of inclusive musicmaking with improvisation and experimentation at its heart. One that breaks boundaries and flips expectations. One where everyone has an equal voice and the chance to shine. One that hopefully won’t be one of a kind much longer.

‘What an excellent concert Sunday was. We really enjoyed the band, and the sound of the kora was magical in the hall! Thanks so much to Kings Place for the free tickets!’ Community Club Member

Our students and families absolutely loved the opportunity to attend Kings Place through the Community Club. One parent told us, ‘The concert was amazing,’ and another shared that they were all dancing during the performance. For our families, complimentary tickets like this make a real difference they open the door to high-quality live music experiences that many children may not otherwise access. We are so grateful to Kings Place for making our students feel welcomed and included.
