Following the critical acclaim of their debut album HERE WE ARE, award-winning contemporary quartet The Hermes Experiment release their second album, SONG, this Autumn on Delphian Records. The disc is an eclectic collection of song commissions written for the quartet and songs newly arranged by members of the ensemble from different styles and eras. This concert celebrates the launch of SONG, with pieces from the album as well as two new commissions by Laura Moody and Tom Coult, as well as celebrating the vibrant and innovative London and UK new music scene.
This event was originally scheduled to take place on 5 March but was postponed due to the pandemic.
